Revenge of the Box
First exhibited in the early 2000’s, this series of paintings and sculptural works, Revenge of the Box remains contemporary and prophetic in its recognition and articulation of ‘a growing contempt that we humans display towards the environment and that, one day box-like objects would "take revenge" over our wilful consumption'.
Gianni is a mixed media artist painting in oils, enamel and graphite pencil and also creating sculptures with used objects. He has exhibited internationally over his creative career.
